FREE Personal Development and Mental Health Management
For those struggling with mental health issues looking to take control and get back into the work environment.
4 week course - 1 class per week
Dates: Next Dates TBC
Times: 5:30pm - 8pm
Venue: Omnibus Business Centre, 39-41 North Road, London N7 9DP
Unit 1: Introduction & Personal Development.
Unit 2: Mental Health Issues, symptoms and how to manage them.
Unit 3: Finding the right job for you, interview skills and what to expect in a working environment.
Unit 4: Reflection, setting personal targets including an action plan for the following months.
Throughout the course there will be weekly tasks you set yourself to keep to start the journey to getting back to work.
Fee: This course is free to those out of work due to mental health issues.
